The company’s purpose is to use environmentally friendly technology to engage in circular, financially profitable, and sustainable activities in material recycling processes, involving plastics and other organic materials.

The company produces and sells end products from the chemical processes that convert plastic and organic material into liquid carbon compounds.

In partnership with the Municipality of Halden and other selected partners, the company is working on a feasibility study for investing in an industrial plant at Rokke waste management plant outside Halden in Q1 2021. Further set projection so far, after the investment, is for the plant to become operational in Q3 2022.

Rokke

10 km outside Halden city centre is the Rokke waste management facility. The area is zoned for waste management and is operated by the Municipality of Halden.

Here, almost two acres have been reserved for Halden Plastgjenvinning AS to build their plastic recycling facility.

Rokke is centrally and strategically located in terms of both local and national/international logistics and infrastructure.

Halden Municipality has a regulated area for waste deposit and wasteprocessing. The overview of Rokke illustrates the total regulated area – white «dotted» line, and the red «box» the area for the pyrolysis plant. 14 acres is set off for area planning . Final area plan has started. It is a paramount and important goal that buildings and facilities should fit naturally into the green surroundings and not become dominant and with green design.
